Leg Magic says that by using this machine for only 60 seconds at a time, a few times a day, you'll start to see noticeable results within a week.
Leg Magic focuses on working the abs, buttocks, inner and outer thighs, while promoting cardiovascular exercise as well. It's a stand-on machine, where your legs glide back-and-forth in a lateral motion. Leg Magic claims that these movements will replace squats and presses and accomplish more.

Suggesting nothing more than an "Eating Nutrition Guide" as part of your purchase, there does not seem to be any additional promotion of a healthy diet to accompany this exercise program.

Leg Magic site does offer testimonials, instructional video and the opportunity to purchase a 30-day trial for $15 or full-price for $150. Leg Magic also suggests visiting with your doctor before beginning a new exercise program.
CONCLUSION
The Leg Magic may be a good exercise for the, well, legs… but remember this is only one aspect of a healthy living plan. Free shipping and a trial period are a nice incentive. Just remember this is not a substitute for other aspects like eating well, and an upper body workout.

this little machine is brilliant!! and buy off QVC or from jjb sports NOT OFF INFOMERCIALS as they are much more expensive!

I bought this machine to add to my regular cardio routine. It really targets my trouble spots. I was very sore at first, but I know that means I am getting a good workout.. No other exercise has worked my inner thighs like this has! I highly recommend it.
